When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google profile name and email only. We never collect passwords in plain text — all authentication is handled securely via Firebase.
We collect basic usage data: articles read, bookmarks saved, search queries, notification preferences, and topic interests. This is used only to personalize your feed. Your FCM token is collected to deliver push notifications.
Greenly uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication, real-time database, and push notifications. We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use advertising SDKs or ad networks of any kind.
Delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account. All personal data is permanently removed from Firebase within 30 days. For manual deletion requests, email evtalentpool@gmail.com.
With your permission, Greenly sends green news alerts. You can disable these anytime in device settings or Profile → Preferences. We never send third-party promotional notifications.
Greenly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has registered, contact us immediately at evtalentpool@gmail.com.
We use Firebase's built-in security rules, encrypted HTTPS/TLS data transmission, and secure authentication tokens. While we apply industry-standard security, no internet transmission is 100% guaranteed secure.
